Picture of Orson Klender

As a lifelong resident of Saratoga Springs, I have watched this city go through many changes, with new developments extending to its boundaries every year. I have raised my two boys here and over the years, we have enjoyed everything that the Saratoga area has to offer. Saratoga is known for being rich in arts, entertainment and history. However, the residents of our area know we have excellent schools, great employment opportunities and we are within a short drive to the natural beauty and outdoor fun of the Adirondacks and Lake George.
One of my greatest joys, is helping people navigate through the process of buying and selling a home. I make sure that the journey is a positive experience and that the end result is 100% satisfaction with their purchase. I want to see my clients enjoy and be proud of the home they live in.
I do nearly all of my business by referral. I continually look forward to meeting new people to add to my list of clients who have become great friends. My past clients truly feel good about referring me to their friends and family members.
Thank you in advance for the opportunity to help.
Sincerely , Orson B. Klender
